PURPOSE: An integrated implant is provided to extend the length of a dental prosthesis joint by using a dental prosthesis extension part. CONSTITUTION: An integrated implant comprises a bone insertion unit, a gum combining unit, a dental prosthesis combining unit, and a dental prosthesis extension unit(35). The bone insertion unit comprises a screw unit(23), a threadless unit(22), and a boundary strap(21). In the outer circumference of the screw unit, screw thread is formed. The threadless unit is formed on the top of the screw unit. The boundary strip is formed on the top of the threadless unit in order to display the boundary with the gum combining unit. The dental prosthesis extension unit includes a body(36) and a bolt(38).본 발명은 픽스쳐와 어버트먼트가 원바디(One body)로 되어 골삽입부와 잇몸결합부와 보철결합부가 일체형인 일체형 임플란트에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 골삽입부에 무나사부가 형성되었을 뿐만 아니라 보철결합부의 길이를 연장시킬 수 있는 일체형 임플란트에 대한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 일체형 임플란트는 골삽입부와, 잇몸결합부와, 보철결합부를 구비한다. 그리고 상기 골삽입부는 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 나사부와, 나사부의 상부에 형성된 무나사부와, 상기 잇몸결합부와의 경계를 표시하기 위하여 상기 무나사부의 상부에 형성된 경계띠를 구비한다.또한, 상기의 일체형 임플란트는 상기 보철결합부의 길이를 연장시키기 위하여 상기 보철결합부에 탈착할 수있게 결합하는 보철연장부를 더 구비하는 것이 바람직하다.본 발명에 의하면 골삽입부는 나사부와 무나사부를 구비한다. 이 경우 무나사부가 치조골에 삽입되면 치조골과의 사이에 공간이 형성되므로 치조골이 자라날 수 있다. 그래서 임플란트를 시술 후 치조골이 자라나서 골삽입부와 골융합을 하여 치조골의 손상을 방지하고 임플란트를 장기간 사용할 수 있다.
