PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor that decreases the number of electrode lines led out of electrodes to between ultrasonic transducers.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic sensor has ultrasonic transducers 30 arranged on a sensor substrates along two mutually orthogonal directions, and the sensor substrate has regions Ar1 to Ar4 divided by an X axis L1 and a Y axis L2 which are orthogonal to each other in plan view in which the sensor substrate is viewed along the thickness. In the respective regions Ar1 to Ar4, respective lower electrode lines 334 led out of lower electrodes of the respective ultrasonic transducers 30 extend in a direction leaving away from the substrate center point O where the X axis L1 and Y axis L2 intersect.
