PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment apparatus in which deterioration in a piezo electric element attributed to heat sterilization treatment of a vibrator unit can be prevented in an effective manner.SOLUTION: In a vibration generation part of an ultrasonic treatment apparatus, a vibration generation current is converted to ultrasonic vibration by piezo electric elements 41A-41D held between a first electrode part 42 and a second electrode part 43. In a state that electric power can be transmitted from a power supply unit 25 to the vibration generation part 30, the power supply unit and the first electrode part are electrically connected by a first electric path part 33A, and the power supply unit and the second electrode part are electrically connected by a second electric path part 33B.
