A condenser assembly (100) for an integrated washing-drying machine and an integrated washing-drying machine (1000) having same, the condenser assembly (100) comprising: a condenser (1), a spray head (2) and a spray pipe (3). A heat exchange cavity (10) is defined within the condenser (1), and the heat exchange cavity (10) has a cleaning inlet (11) and a cleaning outlet (12). The spray head (2) is provided at the cleaning inlet (11). An inlet end (31) of the spray pipe (3) is in communication with a water inlet (500) of the integrated washing-drying machine (1000), and an outlet end (32) of the spray pipe is in communication with the spray head (2), so as to spray water into the heat exchange cavity (10) by means of the spray head (2).
