The self-rotating spray device (1) comprises: a spray head (11), wherein a through hole through which a water flow passes is provided in the spray head (11), one end of the through hole is a water inlet (111) and the other end thereof is a water outlet (112), and the water inlet (111) is connected to a water inlet pipe; and a self-rotating nozzle (12), wherein the self-rotating nozzle (12) is arranged in the through hole, at the water outlet (112), of the spray head (11), and the self-rotating nozzle (12) comprises a hollow body (123), an impeller (121) arranged in the body (123), and a rotating shaft (122). A terminal end of the body (123) is a main spray orifice (1231); the body (123) is arranged to at least partially protrude from the water outlet (112); and circumferential spray orifices (1232) are provided in the part of the body (123).
