PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structured compositions comprising a betaine, noticing that the creation of a composition is desirable for use in a personal care product, which is prepared by incorporating one or more betaines into a structured system, is aesthetically satisfied, has a stable phase and exhibits additional properties, however, it is considered that the indeterminate hydrophilic head group of betaine makes stabilization difficult, and also to provide a method for producing such a composition.SOLUTION: The structured composition comprises an anionic surfactant, a betaine and a branched fatty alcohol and has yield stress from about 1 Pascal (Pa) to about 1,500 Pa.
