PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dense type minute needle sheet allowing a person to stick multiple minute needles into an object site with a large area by simple work.SOLUTION: The dense type minute needle sheet according to the present invention includes: sheets 2 and 12 disposed along a skin surface of a human body and multiple minute needles 5 and 15 that are densely disposed on sheet surfaces 3 and 13 of the sheet to be disposed on the skin surface and protrude from the sheet surfaces 3 and 13 to be stuck into the skin surface. According to the configuration, when sticking the multiple minute needles 5 and 15 into the skin surface of the object site, a person disposes the sheets 2 and 12 along the skin surface of the object side, and pushes the minute needles 5 and 15 protruding from the sheets 2 and 12 into the skin surface so as to stick the multiple minute needles 5 and 15 from the skin surface into the subcutaneous part at a time.
