PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, equipment and a wearable device for measuring cervical activity so that the activity of the cervical vertebra can be measured.SOLUTION: The invention of a method, equipment and a wearable device for measuring the cervical activity is provided. The method for measuring the cervical activity includes: a step for obtaining the angle of the cervical activity by using a sensor； and a step for calculating the amount of the cervical activity according to the angle of the cervical activity.
