Provided is a circular chemical solution injection apparatus configured to outwardly discharge the chemicals kept therein when a pressurizer built therein contracts when the top case is coupled to the bottom case. In the apparatus, a cylindrical ring unit, formed with an insertion groove therein and a flow channel penetrating the outer circumferential surface thereof, is connected at one side to the inlet of the top case, a cylindrical elastic unit covers the outer circumferential surface and edge of the ring unit, and a fixing unit is inserted into both sides of the ring unit and fixes the elastic unit surrounding the outer circumferential surface to the ring unit, thereby allowing the elastic unit surrounding the entire outer circumferential surface to uniformly contract or expand and outwardly discharge all chemicals contained between the outer circumferential surface and the elastic unit.
