Provided are a shooting microstructure module and an applicator thereof. The shooting microstructure module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing whose one side is detachable to an applicator； a perforated layer provided on the other side of the housing to form a plurality of openings； a shooting microstructure provided on an upper part of the perforated layer in the housing and comprising a base layer and a plurality of microstructures formed to correspond to the openings on one side of the base layer； and a pressing member comprising a board-shaped plate and a plurality of fillers formed to correspond to the microstructures on one side of the plate.
