The present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic composition, containing an Aquilaria agallocha fermented extract when manufacturing the cosmetic composition. More specifically, to this end, the present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic composition containing an Aquilaria agallocha fermented extract, comprising: a first step of pretreatment, washing and sorting of raw materials (Aquilaria agallocha)； a second step of extracting the pretreated raw Aquilaria agallocha； a third step of inoculation and fermentation of the extract of Aquilaria agallocha； a fourth step of filtration； a fifth step of aging； a sixth step of sterilization； a seventh step of producing a cosmetic composition； and an eighth step of packaging and commercialization. 본 발명은 화장료 조성물 제조 시 침향 발효추출물이 함유된 화장료 조성물의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히는 이를 위하여 제 1단계는 원료(침향) 선별, 세척 및 전(前)처리 단계, 제 2단계는 전(前)처리된 원료 침향을 추출하는 단계, 제 3단계는 추출 침향의 균 접종 및 발효 단계, 제 4 단계는 여과 단계, 제 5단계는 숙성 단계, 제 6단계는 살균 단계, 제 7단계는 화장료 조성물 제조 단계, 제 8단계는 포장 및 제품 단계를 포함한 침향 발효추출물이 함유된 화장료 조성물 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
