The present invention relates to a generating method of Aquilaria incense and applications thereof. The generating method comprises the following steps: a planting step, a solution mixing step, and an injection step. In the planting step, the Aquilaria agallocha scheduled to produce Aquilaria incense is planted on organic soils. In the solution mixing step, one unit of water and 10% to 20% of one unit of Aquilaria agallocha growth solution are mixed. The Aquilaria agallocha growth solution is taken from fermented honey. The water is filtered water which complies with the standard of drinking water without boiling. In the injection step, the trunk of Aquilaria agallocha is drilled to the core of Aquilaria agallocha for forming a hole, and into which a solution mixed with the Aquilaria agallocha nutrition solution is injected using an injector.
