PURPOSE: A snoring reducing tool is provided to stably place the snoring reducing tool inside of mouth of a user, thereby freely moving the lower jaw of the user and preventing separation of the snoring reducing tool from the mouth.CONSTITUTION: A snoring reducing tool comprises: a lower teeth settling portion(10) which is settled in a users lower teeth an upper teeth settling portion(20) which is settled in the upper teeth a motion groove part(30) which is attached on the lower teeth settling portion and a moving part(40) which is attached on the upper teeth settling portion. The motion groove part and moving part are respectively formed in front center of lower teeth settling portion and the upper teeth settling portion to be placed in front teeth.
