PURPOSE: A mandible splint with respect to a maxillary is provided to allow an operator to easily attach the device in an oral cavity of a patient in an examination room and to adjust the device according to symptom or recovery from the symptom of the patient. CONSTITUTION: A mandible splint with respect to a maxillary (100) comprises mandibular joint moving tools (120a, 120b) that are extended in each of directions that face each other toward upper and lower mouth pieces (110a, 110b) from both outsides of the upper and lower mouth pieces of various shapes used in dental procedure and give power for moving a mandible back and forth with respect to the maxillary as one whole surfaces of the tools are in contact with each other and adjusted to be moved back and forth, wherein the tools are formed of any one of metal, enhanced ceramic, or a resin material.
