PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open the center of oral fissure and enable the measurement of jaw movements to be done according to the circumstances.
SOLUTION: An upper jaw support 21 includes an upper frame fixing part 22 connected with an upper jaw frame body 113, an upper jaw connector 23 connected with the upper frame fixer 22, and an upper jaw adhering part 24 linked with the upper jaw connector 23. A lower jaw support 41 includes a lower frame fixing part 42 connected with a lower jaw frame body 133, a lower jaw connector 43 connected with the lower frame fixing part 42, and a lower jaw adhering part 44 linked with the lower jaw connector 43. The upper jaw connector 23 and the upper jaw adhering part 24 are made of a material that can keep its changed conditions as they are after the material is bent. The lower jaw connector 43 and the lower jaw adhering part 44 are also made of another material that can keep its changed conditions as they are after the material is bent.
