PURPOSE: A crown manufacturing method and a crown using the same are provided to obtain natural color by forming a block of zirconia with gradations of various colors. CONSTITUTION: A crown manufacturing method and a crown using the same include the following steps: a block forming step(S1) where forming a block of full zirconia by laminating zirconia raw materials； a milling step(S2) where milling the formed block using CAD and CAM； a sintering step(S3) where sintering a processed crown at 1500-1560°；C； and a polishing step(S4) where polishing the crown sintered from the sintering step.
