An Aquilaria sinensis leaf processing method comprises a pre-treatment step of washing and dehydrating Aquilaria sinensis leaves； a catalysis step of placing the Aquilaria sinensis leaves in a stirring barrel to be stirred with water after being added with a ligase； a photosynthesis step of irradiating the Aquilaria sinensis leaves with light emitting from a light source； and an orienting step of cooling the Aquilaria sinensis leaves at a temperature between 12 DEG C and 17 DEG C. In the photosynthesis step, the Aquilaria sinensis leaves are placed in a reaction drum that is an opaque space for irradiation with light of wavelength 620 nanometers. With catalysis induced by the ligase together with the Aquilaria sinensis leaves being subjected to photosynthesis, various ingredients having sufficient dosages capable of indeed generating effective benefit to human body.
