An Aquilaria sinensis leaf processing method comprises a pre-treatment step of washing and dehydrating Aquilaria sinensis leaves; a catalysis step of placing the Aquilaria sinensis leaves in a stirring barrel to be stirred with water after being added with a ligase; a photosynthesis step of irradiating the Aquilaria sinensis leaves with light emitting from a light source; and an orienting step of cooling the Aquilaria sinensis leaves at a temperature between 12 DEG C and 17 DEG C. In the photosynthesis step, the Aquilaria sinensis leaves are placed in a reaction drum that is an opaque space for irradiation with light of wavelength 620 nanometers. With catalysis induced by the ligase together with the Aquilaria sinensis leaves being subjected to photosynthesis, various ingredients having sufficient dosages capable of indeed generating effective benefit to human body. With the orienting step, beneficial ingredients of the Aquilaria sinensis leaves could be effective preserved.一種沉香葉有效成份呈現之處理方法,包含一清洗所述沉香葉並且脫水的預處理步驟、一將所述沉香葉至於一攪拌筒中並添加一連接酶而與水一同攪拌的催化步驟、一以一光源所發出之光線照射所述沉香葉的光合步驟,及一以12℃至17℃間之溫度冷卻所述沉香葉的冷卻步驟。在該光合步驟中,是在一不透光空間的反應滾筒中,讓所述沉香葉照射波長為620奈米之光線。藉由連接酶的催化作用,並使所述沉香葉又經過一次光合作用,能產生多種具有足夠劑量而足以確實對人體產生益處的成分。經由該定向步驟,所述沉香葉產生的有益成分得以有效留存。
