Provided are: a biological sound measurement device which is able to detect, with a simple configuration, contact with the body surface of a biological body； a method for controlling the biological sound measurement device； and a program for controlling the biological sound measurement device. A biological sound measurement device (1) has a measurement unit (3) for detecting a biological sound from a biological body while being in contact with the body surface S of the biological body, and is provided with a contact state determination unit (41) that, on the basis of a change in the sound pressure level of the sound detected by the measurement unit (3), determines whether or not the measurement unit (3) is in a state of being in contact with the body surface S.La présente invention concerne : un dispositif de mesure de son biologique qui permet de détecter, avec une configuration simple, un contact avec la surface corporelle d'un corps biologique； un procédé pour commander le dispositif de mesure de son biologique； et un programme pour commander le dispositif de mesure de son biologique.
