Process of preparing an active composition for the human body, comprises: selecting a dreg of alcoholic beverage, preferably wine, having a living fungi expressed in fungal units in form of colonies per milliliter of dregs (colony forming unit (CFU)/ml), of 10-1000 CFU/ml, preferably 150 CFU/ml； destroying at least partially the living fungi of the dregs； and using at least a part of the dregs obtained from the destroying step as the active ingredient of the composition.
