The invention relates to a co-micronisation product comprising: an active principle selected from the group containing selective progesterone-receptor modulators, metabolites thereof and mixtures of same and an N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone-based polymer vehicle. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the co-micronisation product and to the therapeutic uses thereof.La présente invention a pour objet un produit de co-micronisation comprenant : un principe actif choisi parmi le groupe constitué par les modulateurs sélectifs des récepteurs à la progestérone, leurs métabolites et leurs mélanges, et un excipient polymérique à base de N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone.
