A method comprises: acquiring, in response to a head movement executed by a user, electrooculographic information of the user; and executing an operation corresponding to the head movement according to the electrooculographic information and at least one piece of reference information. A control operation according to electrooculographic information is provided, and, for some equipment integrated with an electrooculographic transducer, a corresponding control function can be implemented by multiplexing the electrooculographic information captured by the electrooculographic transducer by using the method, thereby reducing implementation costs.
