PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device which facilitates an adjustment of a pressure on a puncture site by an expansion part.SOLUTION: A hemostatic device 1 includes: an elastic belt body 2 which can be wound around a site of a limb where bleeding is stopped a fixing part 3 for fixing the belt body in a wound state around the limb an expansion part 5 which is connected to the belt body and expands by injecting a fluid and a pad part 6 fixed on an outer surface of the expansion part. The pad part 6 includes a translucent window part 61 and a liquid absorption part 62 formed to enclose an outer periphery of the window part.
