PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device having excellent safety and convenience, reducing a load applied to a patients body, and reducing time and labor required for fluid treatment flowing out from an expansion part in association with pressure reduction.SOLUTION: A hemostatic device 1 includes a belt body 2 with flexibility that is wound around a puncture site of a wrist a fixing part 3 that fixes the belt body, with it wound around the wrist an expansion part 5 connected to the belt body and expanded by injecting fluid a container part 6, the communication of which to the outside is cut off and that is configured to communicate to the expansion part and a fluid adjusting part 7 that causes the fluid to flow from the expansion part to the container part with time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の身体に掛かる負担を軽減することができ、かつ、減圧に伴って拡張部から流出される流体の処理に要する手間を省くことが可能な安全性及び利便性に優れた止血器具を提供する。【解決手段】止血器具1は、手首の穿刺部位に巻き付けることが可能な可撓性を備える帯体2と、帯体を手首に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定部3と、帯体に連結され、流体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部5と、外部との連通が遮断されるとともに、拡張部と連通可能に構成された容器部6と、拡張部から容器部へ流体を経時的に流入させることが可能な流体調整部7と、を有している。【選択図】図1
