PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face mask which has gloss and is excellent in aesthetics, and which has appropriate flexibility and is excellent in fit when worn. SOLUTION: In a face mask used for beauty and skin care, the face mask is composed of a water retention layer, a gloss layer and a protective layer from the side in contact with the skin, the water retention layer is made of a non-woven fabric, and the gloss layer is made of metal. A foil, a metal vapor deposition film, or a film having a metal-containing coating layer on the surface is used, and a protective layer is a resin layer. The bending rigidity of the resin layer is in the range of 10 to 150 MPa. Is a face mask.
