PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work vehicle improved in steering performance by providing a shift fork having first and second pressing members capable of pressing a side clutch gear with a uniform force.SOLUTION: In a shift fork 45L for pressing a side clutch gear to a multi-disc brake to brake it, a first pin 51L (first pressing member) and a second pin 52L (second pressing member) which abut on the abutment surface of the side clutch gear to press it are provided. When the shift fork 45L is at a neutral position, a distance from the first pin 51L to the abutment surface of the side clutch gear is set larger than that from the second pin 52L, farther from a shift 47L than the first pin 51L, to the abutment surface.
