The present invention relates to an endoscope. The present invention may comprise: an endoscope main body and a guide cap which fixedly attaches to the tip of the endoscope main body when same is being inserted into the interior of the body, and which slides so as to protrude to the front of the endoscope main body when the same inserted into the body is being taken out. The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate the insertion of the endoscope by freely varying the distance from the cap to the tip of the endoscope and increase the rate of discovery of polyps.La présente invention concerne un endoscope. La présente invention peut comprendre : un corps principal dendoscope et une coiffe de guidage qui se fixe fixement à lextrémité du corps principal dendoscope lorsque celui-ci est en cours dinsertion à lintérieur du corps et qui coulisse de façon à dépasser à lavant du corps principal dendoscope lorsque ce dernier, inséré dans le corps, est en cours de retrait. Lobjectif de la présente invention est de faciliter linsertion de lendoscope en faisant varier librement la distance de la coiffe à lextrémité de lendoscope et daugmenter le taux de découverte de polypes.본 발명은 내시경에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 내시경 본체 및 상기 내시경 본체를 인체 내부로 삽입할 때에는 상기 내시경 본체의 선단에 고정되게 장착되고, 인체 내부로 삽입된 상기 내시경 본체를 배출할 때에는 상기 내시경 본체의 전방으로 돌출되게 슬라이딩되는 가이드 캡을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명은 내시경 선단으로부터의 캡의 길이를 자유자재로 변화시켜 내시경의 삽입을 용이하게 하고 용종의 발견율을 증가시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.
