PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a conventional wheelchair with toilet function by newly developing a wheelchair with toilet function using a pressed-over paper framed poly bag for contributing to support independent excretion of a handicapped person in a wheelchair so as to solve the following problems of the wheel chair with toilet function: a temporary excrement storage container is attached to every conventional wheelchair with a toilet and disposal of stored excrement is entirely performed by hands of a helper and there are many handicapped persons each needing hands of a helper for wheelchair excretion of the handicapped person, too.SOLUTION: The wheelchair with toilet function using the pressed-over paper framed poly bag excludes the wheelchair lower part-installed excrement storage container. Thereby, a male/female lower limb handicapped person can easily discharge bodily wastes in a posture as the person is seated on the wheelchair without getting off from the wheelchair. Furthermore, by excluding a toilet mounted in the wheelchair, there is not necessity of the helper at all. By the wheelchair wherein a disposable poly bag toilet can be used, the wheelchair largely contributes to support the independent excretion of the handicapped person in the wheelchair.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来トイレ付車椅子の全てに一時排泄物貯蔵容器が付設され、溜まった排泄物処理は全て介助者の手で行なわれていた、又障害者の車椅子排泄についても介助者の手を必要とする障害者が大勢いるものである、このトイレ機能付車椅子の問題点を解決することが発明の課題である、車椅子障害者排泄自立支援に貢献するため新たに紙枠付ポリ袋押し当てトイレ機能付車椅子の開発を行い、従来のトイレ機能付車椅子の課題を解決したものである【解決手段】車椅子下部設置排泄物貯蔵容器を排除して、新たに使い捨て紙枠付ポリ袋押し当てトイレ機能付車椅子の開発を行なったものである、その結果男女下肢障害者が車椅子から降りることなく車椅子上に座したままの姿勢で容易に排泄することが可能となった、更に車椅子に搭載していた便器を排除したことで介助者の必要性が全くなくなったものである、使い捨てポリ袋トイレが使用できる車椅子の開発ができたことは車椅子障害者の自立排泄支援に大きく貢献できたものである【選択図】図4
