PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet system for wheelchairs with which a care-giver and a care-receiver using a wheelchair can safely perform all movements without burden when the care-receiver excretes.SOLUTION: A moving flatcar, where a toilet bowl is fixed in a toilet room and a wheelchair waiting space is arranged next to the toilet bowl, can move on a rail horizontally. On the moving flatcar, the toilet bowl horizontally moves to the position of the wheelchair waiting space and stops when the wheelchair on which the care-receiver sits is mounted on the wheelchair waiting space on the moving flatcar and the care-receiver waits at a waiting place for the care-receiver standing by holding a handrail at the front of the wheelchair. The care-receiver takes off his or her cloths there and sits on the toilet bowl, and after excretion, he or she stands at the waiting place for the care receiver. After that, the wheelchair on the wheelchair waiting space moves by the horizontal movement of the moving flatcar and stops, and the care receiver sits on the wheelchair and exits the toilet. Also, the toilet may be fixed and the moving flatcar where the care receiver stands by holding the handrail can be disposed in the front of the toilet.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】車椅子利用の被介護者が排泄を行うに際して、介護者及び被介護者が安全に、且つ負担無しに全ての動作を行うことができるようにした車椅子用トイレシステムとする。【解決手段】トイレ内に便器を固定すると共にその便器に隣接して車椅子待機場所を配置した移動台車を、レール上で横移動できるようにしておく。この移動台車は、この移動台車上の車椅子待機場所に被介護者が座った車いすが乗り、車椅子から被介護者がその前方の被介護者待機場所に掴まり立ちして待機するとき、車椅子待機場所の位置に前記便器が横移動して停止する。ここで脱衣した被介護者は便器に着座し、排泄を行った後被介護者待機場所に掴まり立ちする。その後、移動台車の横移動によって便器の位置に車椅子待機場所上の車椅子が移動して停止し、被介護者は車椅子に座ってトイレから出る。また、前記トイレを固定式とし、その前に被介護者が掴まり立ちする移動台車を設けても良い。【選択図】図1
