PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle for a living body used for sampling its tissues while minimizing damage to the samples, and a method for sampling tissue with this needle.SOLUTION: The ceramic-made needle for a living body for sampling its tissues has a penetration hole to suck samples from the living body and a penetration hole to introduce a cooling gas in its longitudinal direction. The needle, on the side of its puncture end, has a cutter for cutting tissue samples between the penetration hole opening to suck samples and another penetration hole opening to introduce the cooling gas.
