The portable audiometry device includes a microphone, an automatic noise eliminating module, a mixer and an output unit. The microphone, the automatic noise eliminating module, the mixer and the output unit are arranged in the earphone. The microphone receives external noise, and the automatic noise eliminating module generates an opposite audio signal with same amplitude and opposite phase with the external noise and sends the opposite audio signal to the mixer. The opposite audio signal is mixed with the audio signal input to the electronic device and the mixed signal is sent to the output unit.
