The invention relates to a portable micro-current stimulation device using audio output of mobile phone. Primarily, a storage unit stored with music signals and treatment prescription signals is connected to a control unit through a mobile phone with function of audio output. Accordingly, users can control and switch the music output through a speaker of the mobile phone or switch treatment prescription signals input from the storage unit into current stimulation signals and then output audio waveform so as to process acupuncture-point stimulation to users through electrode patches, or the treatment prescription signals can be switched into wavelength signals to process a light therapy to users through light therapy equipments. In this manner, the therapy methods such as music therapy, light therapy and acupuncture-point stimulation therapy can be used to process health treatments for insomnia, physical discomfort and emotional status efficiently, so as to increase the practicability and efficiency for the whole implementation.
