This invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition , (A) (a) obtained by emulsion polymerization the high molecular weight polyorganosiloxane , and (b) a solvent -containing silicone emulsion made by emulsifying a mixture of a volatile solvent , (B) a surfactant , and (C) , each with the water, the (A) component of the solvent -containing silicone emulsion (a) a high molecular weight and contained in an amount of 0.1 % to 10% by weight as the total amount of the polyorganosiloxane and (b) a volatile solvent , and (B) a component of surfactant in a proportion of 0.05% by weight to 40% by weight contained by and give excellent smoothness and softness to the hair , especially characterized by permeability to give up a good rinsing .본 발명은 모발 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, (A) (a) 유화 중합에 의해 수득된 고분자량 폴리오르가노실록산과 (b) 휘발성 용제의 혼합물을 유화하여 이루어진 용제 함유 실리콘 에멀젼, (B) 계면활성제, 및 (C) 물을 각각 포함하고, 상기 (A)성분인 용제 함유 실리콘 에멀젼을 (a) 고분자량 폴리오르가노실록산과 (b) 휘발성 용제의 합계량으로서 0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 비율로 함유하며, 또한 (B)성분인 계면활성제를 0.05 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 비율로 함유하여 모발에 대해 우수한 매끄러움과 부드러움을 부여하고, 특히 헹굼 시에 양호한 손가락 통과성을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
