The present invention is to produce a functional beverage having an excellent cancer preventing effect without side effects using chives and cordyceps. The antioxidant and anticancer functional beverage using a chives extract and a cordyceps extract according to the present invention can be produced by including 20-40 parts by weight of the cordyceps extract and 5-10 parts by weight of an apple concentrate with respect to 100 parts by weight of the chives extract. The beverage may further include 3-7 parts by weight of a mulberry leaf extract, 2-4 parts by weight of an acanthopanax leaf extract and 1-2 parts by weight of a licorice extract. The present invention relates to a functional beverage produced by using the chives and cordyceps, having the excellent cancer preventing effect because of using the chives and the cordyceps having the antioxidant and the anticancer effect as raw materials.
