PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raditherapeutic system or the like capable of improving accuracy of obtained scattering radiation source distribution by introducing a condition for a region irradiated with scattering radiation to reconfiguration in reconfiguration processing.SOLUTION: This invention is related to a reconstructing method in the radiotherapeutic system of a type for monitoring the dose of the therapeutic radiation by the scattering radiation. Generally, the therapeutic radiation uses a thin radiation cone, but the conventional tomography does not utilize such information. A repetitive reconstructing method is adopted and it includes a step of reducing the scattering radiation source distribution corresponding to the area of the small value of scattering radiation images on the basis of the scattering radiation images measured during repetition. Also, it includes a step of replacing the scattering radiation source distribution with 0 for the area where the scattering radiation source distribution is a negative value. A condition that the scattering radiation source distribution is a value close to 0 at the position of a subject corresponding to the region where the scattering radiation image indicates the value close to 0 especially is added.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】再構成処理において、散乱線が照射された領域についての条件を再構成に導入し、得られる散乱源分布の精度を向上することができる放射線治療システム等を提供すること。【解決手段】治療放射線の線量を散乱線によりモニタする方式の放射線治療システムにおける再構成方法に関する。一般に治療用放射線は細い放射線錐を用いるが、従来の断層撮影法はこのような情報を利用しない。本発明では、反復再構成法を採用し、その反復中に測定した散乱線画像に基づいて、散乱線画像の値の小さい領域に対応する散乱源分布を減少させるステップを含める。また、散乱源分布が負の値の領域に対し散乱源分布を0に置き換えるステップを含める。特に散乱線画像が0に近い値を示す領域に対応する被検体の位置において、散乱源分布が0に近い値であるという条件を付加する。【選択図】図12
