PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure controller for an artificial respirator, simplifying the turning operation of an adjustment operating member 36 as a whole, and surely preventing unnecessary operation of adjustment working members 34, 35 while there is no risk of breaking the adjustment operating member 36 and the adjustment working members 34, 35.SOLUTION: This pressure controller includes a control valve 31 facing a gas passage between an inspired gas inlet part 22 and an inspired gas outlet part 23 and an elastic energizing means 32 for elastically energizing the control valve 31 to a valve seat part 42.
