A footboard (13) is fixed on the sliding post (12), and a pressure sensor (14), an infrared range sensor (15) and an electric motor driver (16) are provided on the footboard (13). The monitoring table (1) is further provided with an electronic weighing scale (17). A microprocessor (21) is provided in the upright board (2). A display screen (22) is embedded in an outer surface of the upright board (2). An arm sleeve (4) and an electrocardiograph apparatus (5) are provided on the upright board (2), and an inner wall of the cavity of the arm sleeve (4) is provided with a blood pressure sensor (41) and a pulse sensor (42). The electrocardiograph apparatus (5) comprises 12-lead electrodes (51) and lead wires (52), and the 12-lead electrodes (51) are connected to the microprocessor (21) via the lead wires (52).
