FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a lifting yarn and a thread manufacturing method. Lifting thread comprises a medical fibrous suture. Thread comprises fasteners formed on one side of fibre thread and configured to be attached to skin. Said thread has hook parts protruding along outer circumference of fasteners. Hook parts are made integral with fibre thread. Hooks of different shapes are formed on threads for lifting by means of two- or more-component injection of two or more stages of injection. Method involves injection of material of medical fibre thread into first injection device. Proposed method comprises injection of material of hook part that is the same as, or differs from, fibre thread material into second injection device. Method includes a stage of formation of hook parts protruding along the outer circumference of the fibre thread, as a whole with a fibre thread, by means of single moulding by two-component injection.
