An antibody-drug conjugate, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, or a solvate of the conjugate, salt or stereoisomer, a preparation method thereof, and an application of the same in preventing or treating a cancer. The conjugate has excellent stability, homogeneity, and/or a reduced toxic side effect.
