PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice ball in which ingredients are folded into a sheet-shaped rice by a folding unit, and the mutual folded face of the sheet-shaped rice is not shown by molding.SOLUTION: Provided is a molding device 14 composed of: the primary molding unit 16 and the secondary molding unit 20. The primary molding unit 16 respectively abuts a pair of molding side face dies 47, and further, abuts the molding upper die 50 against the upper face of ingredient-folded rice 53, and molding is performed.
