PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for stirring cooked rice minimizing stop time of a rice-cooking system so as not to decrease rice-cooking efficiency, and to provide a rice-cooking system with the device for stirring cooked rice.
SOLUTION: The device for stirring cooked rice has primary and secondary stirring units. Each of the primary and secondary stirring units has: a transfer conveyor on the conveyor belt of which cooked rice is placed to be transferred a stirring means which stirs the cooked rice on the conveyor belt and a moving means which moves between a primary position where the primary stirring unit lies on a cooked rice-transferring line receiving the cooked rice taken out from a rice kettle on its conveyor belt and also the secondary stirring unit lies outside the transferring line, and a secondary position where the primary stirring unit lies on the transferring line and also the primary stirring unit lies outside the transferring line. The rice-cooking system with the device for stirring cooked rice is provided.
