PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which has high sterilization force and can perform sterilization in a desired range.SOLUTION: A filter device 150 comprises plural laser devices 151 for radiating a laser beam L having sterilization force, and performs sterilization by the laser beam L. The plural laser devices 151 are arranged in a prescribed direction so that laser beams L radiated from respective laser devices 151 are directed to the same direction, and the laser devices 151 arranged in the prescribed direction are arranged on positions where, adjacent laser devices 151 are deviated to a direction which is vertical to the prescribed direction and vertical to a direction where the laser beam L goes.
