The method comprises steps of: steaming or blanching dried leaves of Hinoki cypress leaves preparing the Hinoki cypress leaf extract under optimal extraction conditions filtering the same adding an antioxidant and an auxiliary material to the extract and filling a nitrogen liquid into the drink to prevent air from being in contact and introduced, and disinfecting and cooling the drink.
