The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing apixaban. The method of the present invention is economical since no expensive reagents or solvents are used therein. In addition, the method has no special conditions or complicated processes and no dangerous reagents or solvents are used therein, and thereby facilitating mass-production on an industrial scale. Furthermore, no toxic solvents are used in the final step of apixaban synthesis and in a purification process, and thus high-purity apixaban can be stably prepared at high yield without the risk of residual solvents.La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de préparation d'apixaban. Le procédé selon la présente invention est économique puisque aucun réactif ou solvant onéreux n'est utilisé par celui-ci. De plus, le procédé ne présente pas de conditions spéciales ou de processus compliqués et aucun réactif ou solvant dangereux n'est utilisé dans celui-ci, ce qui facilite la production de masse à l'échelle industrielle. En outre, aucun solvant toxique n'est utilisé dans l'étape finale de synthèse d'apixaban et dans un procédé de purification ； l'apixaban ayant une pureté élevée peut ainsi être préparé de manière stable avec un rendement élevé sans risque de solvants résiduels.본 발명은 아픽사반의 신규한 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 고가의 시약이나 용매들을 사용하지 않기 때문에 경제적이다. 또한, 특수한 조건이나 복잡한 공정이 없고, 위험한 시약이나 용매를 사용하지 않기 때문에 산업적으로 대량생산이 용이하다. 또한, 아픽사반 합성의 최종 단계 및 정제 과정에서 유독성 용매를 사용하지 않기 때문에 잔류용매의 위험없이 고순도의 아픽사반을 안정적이면서 고수율로 제조할 수 있다.
