The present invention relates to a micro cuvette comprising: a base sheet； a spacer sheet bonded to an upper surface of the base sheet and having a cut part in a longitudinal direction, which has one end opened and the other end closed； and a cover sheet bonded to an upper surface of the spacer sheet and having an inlet which is spaced apart from one end of the cut part but is aligned with the other end of the cut part. The open one end of the cut part is aligned with edges of the base sheet and the cover sheet, the inlet of the cover sheet communicates with the open one end of the cut part, the cut part forms a capillary tube between the base sheet and the cover sheet, and a sample can be input through the inlet of the cover sheet or one end of the cut part.
