FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgical dentistry and may be used for intraosseous dental implantation. Within the missing teeth, an incision extends along a vertex of the alveolar crest, and a mucoperiosteal flap is detached. Bushings with cone-shaped holes and reinforcing elastic strips of different width, shape and perforation rate are inserted into the incision. They are fixed with hypoallergenic, non-toxic and hardening plastic having a high degree of plasticity before hardening. After the hypoallergenic plastic paste is hardened, it is removed above the reinforcing strips. The cortical plate is perforated by a conductor having axial holes a diameter of which corresponds to that of a perforation tool.
