The present invention provides a ligating clip for a surgical operation in which the ligating clip is easy to use, a ligating state is continuously maintained, and the ligating clip allows only a necessary part to be precisely incised or peeled off while ligating a blood vessel and is hydrolyzed to be absorbed in the body after elapse of a predetermined time.
