CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a composition for improving intestine of a calf comprises: a step of mixing 2.806kg of natural sweetener and 8.05kg of sodium chloride in a mixer at room temperature(S100)； a step of adding 16.1kg of glycerin, 23kg of fructo oligosaccharides, and 35.94kg of injection solution and mixing for 10 minutes(S110)； and a step of adding 13.8kg of egg yolk powder, 1.15kg of cinnamon powder, 0.23kg of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer powder, 0.345kg of Syzygium aromaticum Merrill et Perry powder, 11.5kg of albumin tannate, 1.15kg of taurine, 2.3kg of Bacillus subtilis, 6.9kg of baking yeast, and 0.575kg of lactobacillus and homogenizing for 20 minutes(S120).본 발명은 송아지의 장기능 개선용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 천연감미료 2.806㎏, 염화나트륨 8.05㎏을 상온의 혼합기에 투입한 후 혼합하여 균질화시키는 제 1공정과； 혼합이 완료되면 상기 혼합기의 내부 온도를 일정 온도로 유지하며, 글리세린 16.1㎏, 플락토올리고당 23㎏, 주사용수 35.94㎏을 상기 혼합기에 투입하여 10분간 혼합하여 균질화시키는 제 2공정； 및 상기 혼합기에 난황분말 13.8㎏, 계피분말 1.15㎏, 감초분말 0.23㎏, 정향분말 0.345㎏, 알부민탄닌산염(Albumin Tannate) 11.5㎏, 타우린(Taurine) 1.15㎏, 바실러스 서브티리스(Bacillus subtilis) 2.3㎏, 제빵효모 6.9㎏, 유산균 0.575㎏을 투입하고 20분간 혼합하여 균질화시켜 조성물을 제조하는 제 3공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면 갓 태어난 송아지의 유익생균을 보충하고, 유해 미생물의 번식을 억제하여 소화관 미생물총의 균형을 조절하며, 정막층과 장내 세포벽의 안정화를 유도하며, 유해성 편모박테리아와의 결합으로 유해성 편모박테리아의 작용을 방해하며, 사료의 소화능력을 개선하여 일당증체 증가시켜 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 가축의 자연 면역력을 강화시킬 수 있다.
