To provide a method for producing a tablet containing febuxostat, wherein a crystal transition of febuxostat during manufacturing process is suppressed.SOLUTION: This is a method for producing febuxostat-containing tablet comprising a step of dry granulating a pharmaceutical composition containing febuxostat and a step of compressing a mixture of the resultant granule and additive composition. Dry granulation is typically pressure agglomeration.
