PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fence poles which are used for the fence of a park, a river bed or the like to be a place of refuge and are immediately available as a stretcher or a material carrier at the time of emergency such as a disaster.SOLUTION: The fence poles are provided with cylindrical pole bodies 2 which are erected in such a way as to be pulled out from and inserted into a basic part formed under the ground, fitting grooves 3 which are formed at the outer surfaces of the pole bodies 2 and allow the planar material of the fence to be removably attached to through fixing tools 4 provided with each shackle, and a sheet material 5 which is stored in the inner space parts of the pole bodies 2. The fence poles are used by being erected on the basic part formed under the ground and attaching the planar material of the fence such as a net to them in an ordinary time, and at the time of emergency both the ends of the sheet material 5 are attached to the fitting grooves 3 of the two pole bodies 2 which are pulled out from the basic part through the fixing tools 4, so that a carrier 20 which easily becomes the stretcher or the material carrier is assembled.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】避難場所になる公園や河川敷等のフェンスに使用され、災害等の緊急時に直ちに担架や資材運搬具として役立てることが可能なフェンス柱を提供する。【解決手段】地中に形成した基礎部に抜き差し可能に立設できる筒状の柱本体2と、柱本体2の外側面に設けられシャックルを設けた固定具4を介してフェンスの面材を着脱可能に取付けるための嵌合溝3と、柱本体2の内側空間部に収納できるシート材5とを備え、通常時は地中に形成した基礎部に立設してネット等のフェンス面材を取付けてフェンス柱として使用し、緊急時に、基礎部から抜出した2本の柱本体2の嵌合溝3に、シート材5の両端部を固定具4を介して取付けることにより、簡単に担架や資材運搬具にもなる運搬具20を組み立てられる構成とした。【選択図】図7
