The present invention relates to an apparatus to finely cut a rice straw. According to the present invention, when the rice straw is supplied into a drum (20) rotated on a support plate (12) of a frame (14) by a guide roller (16) and a motor (18) and the supplied rice straw is rotated along the drum (20), a fine cutting blade (32) of a fine cutter (34) protruding to one side of a lower part of the drum (20) through an operation hole (24) of the support plate (12) cuts the rice straw in accordance with a fine cutting depth set by a fixated protrusion part (22) of the support plate (12) and a lifting/lowering protrusion part (28) lifted/lowered by a lifting/lowering means (26), and the rice straw finely cut by the fine cutter (34) is separated from the fine cutter (34) by a separation roller (38) installed in a rear side of the fine cutter (34) to be discharged along a conveyor (40). Accordingly, provided are effects capable of simplifying a structure to adjust supply of the rice straw and the fine cutting depth of the supplied rice straw, reducing an installation space by minimization of the length and a volume of the apparatus, and quickly and easily discharging the finely cut rice straw.본 발명은 볏짚 세절장치에 관한 것으로, 프레임(14)의 받침판(12) 상에서 안내롤러(16)와 모터(18)에 의해 회전하는 드럼(20) 내에 볏짚을 공급하여 공급된 볏짚이 드럼(20)을 따라 회전되게 하면 받침판(12)의 작동공(24)을 통하여 드럼(20)의 저부일측으로 돌출된 세절기(34)의 세절날(32)이 받침판(12) 상의 고정돌부(22) 및 승강수단(26)에 의해 승강작동하는 승강돌부(28)에 의해 주어진 세절깊이에 따라 볏짚을 세절해주도록 하고, 세절기(34)에 의해 세절된 볏짚은 세절기(34) 후방에 갖는 분리용 롤러(38)에 의해 세절기(34)로부터 분리되어 컨베이어(40)를 따라 배출되도록 구성하여 볏짚의 공급 및 공급된 볏짚의 세절깊이 조정을 위한 구조를 간단히 할 수 있도록 하고 또 기기의 길이와 부피의 최소화로 설치공간을 줄여줄 수 있도록 하며, 세절된 볏짚의 배출이 신속하고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
